Getting started with mantau is easy: install the app or open the web version, register, confirm your email address, and then join an existing group or create your own. mantau can be used on multiple devices at the same time.

Yes. Joining existing groups is generally free of charge. In addition, mantau can also be used free of charge to set up your own small groups. This allows you to test the features and collaboration capabilities without any obligation before rolling them out across the organisation at a later date.

Users join via a group ticket. The group ticket can be sent, for example, by email, via a messaging app or through other communication channels. A group ticket can be provided as an invitation code or as a QR code. After scanning the QR code or entering the invitation code, users can join the relevant group straight away.

Public groups offer particularly easy access, for example for clubs, citizen apps, events or community platforms. In this case, simply scanning the QR code provided is all it takes to join the group straight away.

Group administrators can send invitations via an automatically generated group ticket. This can be provided as an invitation code or a QR code and shared via email, messaging apps, websites, leaflets or printed materials. Invited users register once on mantau and then join the desired group straight away.

Organisations first create their main group and can then create as many sub-groups as they wish under it for teams, departments, projects or areas of work. Participants are then invited and the required functions are activated. The group structure can be expanded or adjusted at any time.

No. mantau can be tried out for free initially. If an organisation later requires more participants, a suitable licence can be added. Existing groups and content are retained and can continue to be used.
