The mantau app serves as an effective communication medium for the Goethe-Schule Höhr-Grenzhausen. It enables a quick and uncomplicated exchange between teachers, parents and extracurricular cooperation partners. Functions such as message transmission, form creation and feedback optimize the flow of information.

The user-friendly interface ensures that everyone involved can easily access important information, making communication transparent and efficient. mantau thus supports educational work and promotes active cooperation within the school.

We started with the organisation of the First Communion in Wachtberg, which was a complete success! Since December, we have therefore extended the use of mantau to all interested parishioners and provide information about current events or the progress of our merger into the Meckenheim-Wachtberg pastoral unit, for example. With mantau, we are close to the parishioners and their desire to strengthen the community.

As a daycare centre, we were looking for a suitable communication platform for parents, educators, the team and the provider for a long time. We found all this in mantau! The APP is ‘child's play’.

Thanks to the quick help and good co-operation with EXEC, problems and stumbling blocks are solved in a solution-oriented manner. Now we have more time for the important things again:

We have been using mantau since the founding phase of our cooperative to communicate with all stakeholders, exchange documents and hold video conferences. Since inframeta eG began its operational work and formed teams for product development, marketing, sales and support, mantau has helped us to organise structured, seamless and audit-proof project communication. In addition, mantau saves us from having to store redundant documents. Communication within the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board is also easily handled via mantau. In a next step, we will recommend mantau to our cooperative members as a communication tool for infrastructure construction projects.

With mantau, the municipality of Wirscheid has created a modern communication channel for its citizens. It allows us to reach many households reliably and quickly, particularly in a timely manner. We also use the app for our collaboration within the local council. For example, we used it to organise the elections and coordinate tasks relating to photo shoots, flyer creation and distribution in the town. Everyone got involved - and it was a great way to make work easier for us organisers. We are delighted - and the response from the residents has been consistently positive.

It was important for us to find a communication platform for our association work that was easy to use and at the same time compliant with data protection laws. We were able to create association groups and sub-groups very well. The organised file storage within the groups is very practical and enables us to easily organise recurring events. In addition, we particularly like to use the appointment function with the option to cancel or add events. It's great that the support is always easy to reach and reacts immediately when we have questions.

After receiving the green light from the local council, the extraordinarily extensive and rapid help from EXEC employees enabled me to promote the platform to our residents through publications and flyers, and the number of users has been growing steadily ever since. In addition to groups for citizen information, the local council, committees and working groups, we also offer our booking plan in mantau along with a form for renting our barbecue hut. This makes my voluntary work easier, as I can respond to enquiries from anywhere via my smartphone. I can only recommend mantau. We will continue to expand it in our community and I'm sure it will inspire many new users, young and old alike.

inframeta eG helps to further digitize municipal civil engineering projects. And for us, infraMessage is the key tool for proactively informing residents about construction sites. Tailored to specific target groups and delivered at the right time, infraMessage sends push notifications—for example, about when a house connection will be installed or when the water supply will be shut off. Very specific, important information. Since we had already been using mantau for our cooperative, it quickly became clear that we could also offer an infraMessage solution using mantau’s features. The cost of a white-label solution is much, much lower for us than developing our own. That’s why we’re very happy to have found a cost-effective white-label solution.

We are active with different groups in the association and with mantau we are able to get the different communication streams under control. We use the app for our daily board work and for planning the carnival season with a total of 5 major events. It is very helpful for everyone to be able to network with just one app in such a large association with almost 500 members.

A great example that saved us a lot of work was the order form for our parade costumes: everyone could use it to select their costume in their size and order it internally, and the app then gave us the finished shopping list. mantau also works very well for our dance groups. The currently more than 150 dancers in 8 groups have replaced their WhatsApp groups, now plan their training sessions in mantau and use it to organize their annual show dance tournament together.

We are pleased that we have found a suitable solution with mantau, which helps all our groups including helpers, parents, coaches and trainers with coordination, appointments and communication about our work, so that we can concentrate on the essentials.

We use a news channel to inform our parishioners about the many events, programmes, activities and gatherings at our church locations.

As a pastoral team, we use the various opportunities to communicate with people and involve them.

We use the app to organise a large part of our pastoral work. It is also a modern working platform for our confirmands and the parents of the communion children.

Everything is possible, from registration forms to group chats. This noticeably reduces the workload in the parish office.

We use mantau in the parish council for our committee work, e.g. for inviting participants with feedback options, providing minutes and collecting topics.

mantau is a very good project app for organising our numerous events.

We now have tablets and smartphones in every children's group.

mantau ensures that information is passed on reliably and at short notice. Because things usually have to happen quickly, e.g. when a message arrives in the morning before the start and we have to reorganise quickly.

It was very important to me that it could be customised to our daycare centre. And that I was able to set it up myself - without IT specialists - in a short space of time.
