mantau MV enables the quick and structured recording of information about individuals, i.e. members assigned to specific departments or organisations.
The solution can be flexibly adapted to your requirements. You decide for yourself which roles are available, how attributes for individuals and departments are named, and which data records you wish to record in general.
In addition to contact details, a wide range of other information can therefore be stored.
Quick creation of new member records
Members can be added quickly and flexibly in the membership management system. As well as entering details manually, you can also import them easily from a vCard or Outlook – or add them on the go using the share function.
Import large amounts of data with ease
Existing lists of members and individuals can be easily imported into the membership management system via a guided CSV/Excel upload and processed immediately. This allows thousands of personal records to be created at once with just a few clicks.
An integrated duplicate check ensures data quality: matches are identified, and overwriting is reliably prevented for critical fields such as email address or membership number.
View members by department
The executive committee and department heads have a clear overview of their members in each department at all times. This is particularly helpful and makes work easier in situations where regular reports need to be submitted to, for example, sports associations.
